On March 6, on the construction site of Section 3 for Tianjin to Baoding Railway Lines undertaken by the 2nd Engineering Company of MBEC, all the constructors have been working day and night earnestly. By means of SH900 Launching Gantry, a 32m precast box girder in total 780t weight has been safely and stably launched to top bearing of Pier No.0 and Pier No.1 which indicates the successful launching of first box girder of Section 3 for Tianjin to Baoding Railway Lines.

?Newly built Tianjin to Baoding railway lines has a total length of 32km carrying 6 nos. bridges, 7 sections of roadway and 515 nos. precast box girders. In order to achieve the completion task of Tianjin-Baoding Railway Lines ?all the construction staffs from MBEC 2 are united together, scientifically organizing the productions works and trying all the means to achieve the construction tasks of milestone programme under the strong leadership of the project office. In terms of launching the first box girder, project office has called for technical seminar and safety training meeting for many times, fully execute the technical keypoints training and contractual responsibility system etc. The filling works for earthworks and execution at bridge works should be implemented on 24 hour basis on the basis of sufficient resources and task breakdown so as to ensure the on-time completion of launching box girders.
