MBEC was awarded a contract for Construction of Jihong Road Underpass Project below the existing Xuancheng-Hangzhou Railway Line.

The major work is construction of a 523m-long expressway including an under-rail tunnel which is a part of Hangchang Expressway and an extension section of Hangchang Expressway. Under the contract, MBEC will construct major structures, road, drainage system and 3 nos. protection culverts within a 480m-long municipal public work section, precasting and launching of 3 nos. railway protection culverts and U-shape troughs at two ends of railway protection culverts, civil work of pump station as well as supply of equipment and power connection (excluding permanent transformer).
